Forty years later, I tasted sugarcane juice again after riding a bike across Zanzibar. When I returned to the US, I tried unsuccessfully to find sugarcane juice near the cane fields of Louisiana and the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. So, I decided to start making my own. Luckily, I found some innovative farmers in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas and Northern Mexico where the cane is plentiful and the knowledge of the industry runs deep. Working together with farmers, engineers and food techs in Texas and Mexico, we developed the world’s finest bottled sugarcane juice. And now we are bringing it to you.
